The Training For Trekking Podcast is the official podcast of Summit Strength.

I have found the information to be very helpful. I have knee problems but nothing series. Orthopedic and physical therapist agree my problems are muscle imbalance and patella tracking. I have a big hike coming up in 10 months, so I am learning a lot. Thank you!

Fantastic podcast. I live in Scotland and have started doind the 282 Scotland Munros (all over 3000ft). I have searched the internet for plans, information etc but this podcast covers it all. Cant thank you enough. Cheers
