This is Jen. And this is her at the summit of Mt Kilimanjaro, at the top of Africa. In this podcast episode, I interview Jen about her recent adventure to Kili, how she used the Online Summit Program to prepare for this challenging trek and how she overcame her knee pain while hiking.
