The single best way for a trekker to prepare for their adventure is to follow a structured, progressive strength and conditioning program. There is no question about that. But sometimes, finding the time to fit all of this in is just not possible!
But if you are incredibly busy, please don't use it as an excuse to do nothing. And just hope for the best on the trail... The Uk’s longest running award winning podcast dedicated to the self powered traveler. Hosted by Bob, this podcast is all about sharing love, appreciation and education for the great outdoors.
