If you are working from home, chances are your motivation to train and exercise might be a bit low... But also, chances are you are occasionally hit with a burst of short term motivation, energy or excitement during the day. The catch is, when this happens, the thought of doing a full workout might seem a bit much... Maybe you don't want to get too sweaty. Or you only have a short window before you have to get back to work (or the kids). Or maybe you just simply can't be bothered with a longer workout. In this case, you can still do something! And this episode will give you a few great ideas.
