A little while ago, in the space of the week, I had two people separately reach out to me about dealing with stressful situations while hiking.

One lady emailed me saying that she struggled with any type of rock scrambling and would "freeze up" whenever she was in that situation...

Another lady reached out saying she had a serious fear of heights, so whenever she was up high while hiking or came to a ledge - so got incredibly stressed out and could barely function!

Unfortunately this area is not exactly my expertise... so I decided to reach out to a professional!

I talked to Michelle, who is a clinical hypnotherapist in Sydney, who shared an incredibly simple (but effective!) technique to use in these situations while  hiking. And in under 60 seconds, you can significantly help reduce your stress, in any situation!
