This assessment essential to allow me to identify any weaknesses, limitations or restrictions that may affect your training and hiking moving forward. This is an important step to ensure all the upcoming programming is tailored 100% to your needs.

Step 4. Join The Facebook Group
While this program does not come with unlimited support, if you do have any questions or need any advice throughout the process, you are more than welcome to post them in the Training For Hiking And Trekking Facebook Group and I will do my best to answer them.
Step 5. Sit Back And Relax
Once I have received your answers to the questionnaire and you have filled out the waivers, I will get started on the first draft of your program. It will usually take me about 24-48 hours to put together something great. Once this is completed, you will receive an email with the download link for the Training App. From there you can have a look through the programming and we can get started!
