This assessment essential to allow me to identify any weaknesses, limitations or restrictions which may affect your training and hiking moving forward. This is an important step to ensure all the upcoming programming is tailored 100% to your needs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Something isn't working, what do I do? If there are any issues, concerns or problems which arise in this set up process (or anywhere else through this training journey) please send your coach an email or message and they can help get you sorted. |
When do I get my program? Once you send through the assessment results, they will be reviewed and evaluated. Using these results, we will create your personalised training program. This will usually take between 48-72 hours. When the program is ready, you will receive an email with your download link for our Training App. And then you will be good to go! |
Do I really need to do the Assessment? The Ready To Climb Assessment is a crucial step in ensuring the upcoming program is tailored to you, your needs and your body. While we can create a program without this, it will not be nearly as valuable. |
Do I need any equipment? At this stage, if you are training from home, you will need a set of mini bands and a power band. No specific brands are recommended, just get something which is cheap. |
