This assessment essential to allow me to identify what might be causing your knee pain and to help me design the upcoming program around your needs. This will also be an important tool to help judge your progress over the coming weeks.

Step 4. Check Your Emails
By now, you should have received your first automatic email titled ‘Welcome To The Hiker’s Knee Prevention Program’. Have a look for that now and have a read through it all. If it has landed in your junk, make sure you add me to your ‘safe list’ – as you will be receiving a number of emails from me during this process.
Step 5. Sit Back And Relax
Once I have received your answers to the questionnaire, you have filled out the waivers plus sent through your videos for the assessment, I will get started on the first draft of your program. It will usually take me about 24-48 hours to put together something great. Once this is completed, you will receive an email with the download link for the Training App. From there you can have a look through the programming and we can get started!

Q: When do I get my program? A: You will receive your program 24-48 hours after you complete the questionnaire, filing out the waiver and sending me through the assessment results. |
Q: When does my 12 weeks start? A: Your 12 weeks will officially start once you receive the first draft of your program. But saying this, please don’t hesitate getting the assessments to me, the sooner they are completed, the sooner you can get started with the training! |
Q: How do I contact you? A: The majority of communication will be done through the private Facebook Group for Summit Strength clients. If I have not sent you the link yet, you can find it here: Summit Strength Team. All other messaging will go through the Training App or via email. |
Q: Can I change my program once I receive it? A: All programs are 100% flexible. If anything is too easy/too difficult, takes too long/too short or anything else, just let me know and we can adjust things as necessary. |
Q: Can you guarantee this will fix my knee pain? A: Because there are so many factors which can lead into knee pain, there is no way I can guarantee that this program will completely fix your knee pain. Some people will see some dramatic improvements. Some people will see minor improvements. However, saying this, if you work through the program, do the training and apply all the education, it is almost certain that you will feel significant improvements in your pain and set yourself up for long term success. |
