The Process To Get Started

These assessments are essential to allow me to identify any weaknesses, limitations or restrictions which may affect your ankles, your training and hiking moving forward. This is an important step to ensure all the upcoming programming is tailored 100% to your needs.

Step 4. Join The Private Facebook Group

Come join the private Facebook Group for Summit Strength clients. Inside you will find the weekly accountability posts, the live coaching calls and a lot of extra, educational material to help your training and hiking.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When do I get my program?
A: Once you have completed the videos and the questionnaire they will be reviewed and evaluated. Using these results, we will create your personalised training program. This will usually take between 24-48 hours. When the program is ready, you will receive an email with your download link for our Training App. And then you will be good to go!

Q: Do I need any equipment if I am training at home?
A: The only two pieces of equipment you 100% need are a backpack of some sort, and a set of exercise mini bands. If you do not have these, please order some as they can be very beneficial for the ongoing training.

Q: Do I really need to do the Assessment?
A: The Ankle Pain Assessment is a crucial step in ensuring the upcoming program is tailored to you, your needs and your body. While we can create a program without this, it will not be nearly as valuable. 

Q: I'm not on Facebook, is that a problem?
A: If you are not currently on Facebook, it is highly recommended you make an account so you can join the private Group (where you will get a tonne of extra value to help the process. However, if you prefer to not be on Facebook entirely, please just let me know and we can work around this.
