Q: What is this course designed for?
A: The methods shared in this course are designed to aid muscle recovery, loosen tight muscles and relieve discomfort. This is NOT designed to try and treat or diagnose any injuries or any major issues. If you DO suffer from any of this, the physiotherapist is where you should be getting your advice. |
Q: How can I best make use of this information?
A: The best way to use this information is to practice it at home, in your training and in your daily routine BEFORE you hit the trail. When you are on the trail, you don't want to be messing around on your phone, watching videos, trying to figure things out... it is a much better option to learn these properly before you go, so you can fully know what you are doing on your adventure. |
Q: One of these techniques feels uncomfortable or painful. Is this normal?
A: Most of these techniques will come with mild discomfort. That is all it should be. Mild. Forget about 'go hard or go home'. And if you experience any pain, go see a physiotherapist. |
Q: Do I need any equipment?
A: The beauty of these techniques is that they don’t need you to lug around any heavy equipment on the trail! There are a few easy, light and convenient options to use for these, which will be explained in the next video. |
