STEP #2. Complete the initial questionnaire + the Ready To Trek Assessment STEP #3. Your program will be completed within 48 hours of receipt of the assessment videos STEP #4. You will be sent the download link for the Training App STEP #5. You will be good to go! |

Q: How is the programming delivered?
A: All the training is delivered through our Training App. Inside all your workouts, exercises and instructions will be loaded. It will tell you exactly what you need to be doing each day. All exercises come with clear video instructions and the app is incredibly easy to use! |
Q: Will I need a gym?
A: No. If you have a gym membership, that is great! And we will definitely incorporate that. But if you prefer to train at home or outside, then that is not a problem at all! |
Q: What type of training do you do?
A: We don't do HIIT. We don't do burpees. We don't count calories. Instead, everything in our programming has an exact purpose, specific for the demands of your trek and your personal situation. |
Q: I am new to exercise, will this be appropriate for me?
A: The exercises and programming are all tailored to you and your experience. If you are a beginner in training, things will be kept simple. And we will take you step by step through the process. Alternatively, if you are an experienced training, we will ensure the programming is on your level. |
Q: How many times a week do I need to train?
A: This is entirely personal. Depending on your goal, your experience and what you realistically can fit in your life will determine how many times a week you will be training. Once we get all that information from you, we can give you a specific recommendation. |
Q: Do I need any equipment?
A: No equipment is necessary to complete this program. If you would prefer to train with just bodyweight and a pack, that is fine. Alternatively, if you have access to some equipment (either at home or in a gym) we will definitely incorporate that. |
