Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When do I get my program?
A:  You will receive your program 24-48 hours after you complete the questionnaire and fill out the waiver. When it is ready, you will receive an email with the download link to the Training App (so please keep an eye on your junk folder). The program will officially start on Monday 4th of October.

Q: What is included in the Program?
A: The Program includes three running sessions per week. It does NOT include strength training, nutrition support or running technique coaching. If you are interested in any of those things, you will be more suited to one of our more comprehensive program options.

Q: How do I communicate with my coach?
A: All communication will be done through the Summit Strength Training App. Inside you will have access to a group forum for other participants of the program, and also direct message access to your coach.

Q: What if I start getting sore, tired or start feeling some pain?
A: If you feel any of these things, PLEASE communicate with your coach. If they know what you are dealing with, they can make adjustments and give you advice. If they don't know, then a small thing can turn into a major roadblock further down the line. So please do your best to communicate!
