Pilates For Hikers

Enjoy some hiking specific Pilates sessions to add to your week.

These sessions are great for:
  •  Improving core strength and stability
  •  Improving posture on the trail
  •  Complementing your other strength work

Perform one session per week, for 12 weeks. Once you have completed all 12, go back to session #1 and repeat :)
