Summit Success ProgramNeed some extra help with your preparation? The Summit Success Program is a comprehensive personal training service which will give you everything you need to ensure a safe, enjoyable and successful trek. This can be delivered either in person in the Sydney CBD or online via our Training App. With this program, we have sent trekkers all around to world, from Nepal To Russia, Tanzania to New Zealand. And so far, we have a 100% success rate for everyone who has worked through our system!

Frequently Asked Questions
How is the programming delivered? If you join up for the Starter Package, everything is delivered through our Training App. Inside all your workouts, exercises and instructions will be loaded. It will tell you exactly what you need to be doing each day. All exercises come with clear video instructions and the app is incredibly easy to use! |
Will I need a gym? No. If you have a gym membership, that is great! And we will definitely incorporate that. But if you prefer to train at home or outside, then that is not a problem at all! |
Can't I just follow the program I already have? The trek training program provided by Inspired Adventures is a great start to your training. However, unfortunately, a premade program can only get you so far. If you have any type of injury history, haven't completed any physical challenges in a while or you simply struggle with holding yourself accountable, it is highly recommended you seek additional help. |
What type of training do you do? We don't do HIIT. We don't do burpees. We don't count calories. Instead, everything in our programming has an exact purpose, specific for the demands of your trek and your personal situation. Our programs are focused on a gradual build, so instead of just running you into the ground (as so many HIIT programs do), we will ensure you are in peak physical condition when you leave on your adventure. |
Is the training only available to those in Sydney? Absolutely not! While yes, you need to be able to make it into the Sydney CBD to take advantage of our in-person training, our Online Program is just as good! Through this, we deliver all the exercise programming, advice and instruction through our Training App - so no matter where you live in the world you can take advantage of our proven training system! |
I get a lot of knee pain, can you help? Knee, back and foot pain are very common afflictions for trekkers. That is why a big focus on our programming is focused on bulletproofing these joints to stop pain and prevent future injury. However, if this is a fresh injury, or we judge it is beyond our scope of practice, we have a range of trusted partners we can work together with. |
