What is the Ready To Trek Assessment? This is a performance assessment which is aimed to identify any potential weaknesses, limitations or blind-spots which might affect you on the trail. This is an incredibly important tool to both determine any injury risk and allow your forthcoming program to be entirely personalised to you. This can either be delivered in person (in the Sydney CBD) or Online (via video assessment). |
What exercise will be involved? Each program will be different, depending on your own individual needs, abilities and available time. However, most programs will involve the following things: cardiovascular development, strength and stability work, mobility and recovery as well as recommended hiking. |
How is the programming delivered? Everything is delivered through our Training App. Inside all your workouts, exercises and instructions will be loaded. It will tell you exactly what you need to be doing each day. All exercises come with clear video instructions and the app is incredibly easy to use! |
Will I need a gym? No. If you have a gym membership, that is great! And we will definitely incorporate that. But if you prefer to train at home or outside, then that is not a problem at all! |
