Who is this guide for? This guide has was created for hikers who suffer from mild knee pain on the trail. This is most commonly felt during downhills or descents. This guide is NOT designed for someone who has recently had an acute knee injury or surgery. If this is you, please consult a physiotherapist or physical therapist. |
What does the training program look like? The training program incorporates some specific mobility, stability and strength exercises which are very effective for those who suffer from knee pain while hiking. It involves two strength workouts per week, with 12 weeks worth of programming included. If you are not familiar with any of the exercises, there are YouTube video descriptions for every exercise included. |
