We're looking for an Enrolment SpecialisT

STARTING SALARY: $46,930 - $150,000+ AUD ($46,930​ base wage + commission)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Fulltime (38 hours a week)

LOCATION: Remote (must be Australia based)
What you're signing up for:

The opportunity to join a fast-growing, unique and adventurous online personal training business. 

Your primary focus will be enrolling interested hikers into our online training programs, following our proven systems. This will involve a combination of phone conversations and social media messaging. 

[No cold calling, cold outreach or spammy strategies required]

Previous experience in sales is a prerequisite. Personal or professional experience in hiking and/or fitness is a major plus. Must be an Australian resident for tax purposes.

If it looks like you'll be a good fit, your role will include (but is not limited to):

  • Running enrolment calls with potential clients
  • Generating and booking enrolment calls via our lead systems
  • Performing regular follow ups
