As part of the Online Summit Program, you have a consultation included with a dietician to help hone in your nutrition to best help your performance and recovery (or whatever else you may need help with).

Go through this link and have a look through Ali’s calendar. Just choose a time that works for you and book right in (there won’t be any charge, so ignore that!)

- Summit Strength Initial (at the bottom of the page)
- Select (green button, next to Ali's name)
- Choose your date/time from there
Step 2. Fill the forms
Once that is booked, you will be automatically sent an email with some questions/forms to fill out. PLEASE make sure you complete these earlier rather than later, as they are essential to make the process go smoothly.
