These calls will be essential to help you up your nutrition knowledge and clear up any confusion around your food Fortnightly Gear Q&A: Every two weeks, we will have a live Q&A session all about gear! Coach Josh will be hosting this, who is a long time hiking guide, backpacking coach and super experienced adventurer.
