At Summit Strength We Work With Hikers Who:

  • Has a big trip in their sights and wants to be doing everything possible to ensure a safe, successful and enjoyable adventure

  • Who struggle with some ache, pain or injury that is affecting their hiking (e.g. knee pain, ankle pain, foot pain, etc.)

  • Are regular hikers who may not have a big trip but realises their physical fitness is holding back their time on the trail (and who wants to be in a position where they can confidently step into any hike that comes across their way)
