Two days before the challenge starts, you will receive an email with a link to download the Training App, so keep your eyes out for that!

The best way to prepare right now is make sure you have access to a set of mini bands and a massage ball of some type (you will be needing them for the 5-days).

And get excited to kick things off on Monday!
