Step 2. Fill Out The Forms
There are a few forms which I will need you to fill out before we can begin out training (waivers and such) please click the button below to complete them online.
Step 3. Check Your Emails
By now, you should have received your first automatic email titled ‘Welcome To The 28 Day Hiker Challenge’. Have a look for that now and have a read through it all. If it has landed in your junk, make sure you add me to your ‘safe lift’ – as you will be receiving a number of emails from me during this process.
Step 4. Sit Back And Relax
Once this is all completed, I will get started on the first draft of your program. It will usually take me about 24-48 hours to put together something great. Once this is completed, you will receive an email with the download link for the Training App. From there you can have a look through the programming and we can get started! Your 28-days starts upon receiving this download link.
