Answering Your Questions About Training And Fitness For Hiking

The world of training for hiking can be a complicated and confusing subject.

And A LOT of the information online is confusing, confusing and often, downright incorrect.

To help with this, twice a week, I run a live question-and-answer session on my YouTube Channel.

In these sessions, I will answer your questions about hiking training. And I share advice, tips and exercises to help you best prepare for your adventures.

In between these questions, I also do 'open course creation' - giving you an inside look as I put together a free course all about breathing training for hikers.

This article will be a 'master list' of all the recordings of the live streams (listen from newest to oldest).

If you have a particular topic you are interested in, you can search the page, and hopefully, it will pop up, and you can watch the relevant video.

Or if not, then come on down to our next live stream (hosted Tuesdays and Fridays from 11:30 am-12:30 pm Sydney time), and I can answer your questions!

(Or if you can't make the live call, feel free to email me the question at [email protected], and I can answer it on the next stream.)
