Why is this course different?
The strategies and advice delivered in this course has been proven time and time again with my clients success (i.e. I am not just pulling random facts off the internet or using advice which has only worked for myself personally)
There is plenty of information on altitude on the internet, but none of it combines evidence backed principles with practical, realistic and actionable strategies which you can immediately put into use. 
How is Altitude 101 delivered?
Altitude 101 is a video course, once you process the payment you will be directed to a webpage to begin your video education. 
If you invest in the 'Premium' package, the online personal training is delivered via our Training App.
​What is the 'Ready To Trek Assessment?'
If you invest in the 'premium' or 'comprehensive' Altitude 101 package, you will also have access to the physical performance assessment which I used to screen all my clients 'trek readiness'.  Through the filming of a series of simple exercises, combined with a knowledge assessment, I can identify your strengths, weaknesses and potential blind spots when it comes to being mountain ready and give you some specific advice on where you need to focus on in your physical preparations.
Does altitude 101 only work for trekkers and mountaineers?
While the tactics and strategies provided in this course are aimed directly at trekkers and mountaineers, the knowledge and understanding imparted will be beneficial for just about any altitude environment. 
What is not included?
Inside you will not find any medical advice or recommendations. The information provided is a distillation of research and practical experience with my trekkers, however it is not my place to advise on any medications, conditions or give specific advice regarding them.
